Preparing your property for professional photography

Photos are the most important part of advertising your property. Here is a short list to help make your property stand out from the rest.


  • Tidy and clean the driveway/front garden.
  • Remove bins, cars and any other distractions
  • Close all windows and doors
  • Clean the windows
  • Make sure the lawn is mown and flowerbeds are looking tidy
  • Remove any children’s or pet’s toys, etc.
