We love our house because.....
Appealing features, in the vendors view, are the location of the property to Oundle amenities and the community feel; a lovely area to raise children - feels safe. They love the fact that as a former show-home their house is in beautiful decorative order and has an abundance of natural light throughout. The open living space in the kitchen dining room is the heart of their home and they couldn't do without the large pantry. The top level of the house is a fantastic space to be used as a guest suite plus the additional room on that floor as a sitting room, games room or bedroom.
