This is a lovely wide hallway with doors either side, one to the living room and the other to the open kitchen dining room. Carpeted stairs rise to the first floor and Porcelanosa high gloss cream coloured floor tiles flow through to the cloakroom, kitchen dining room and utility.

Cloakroom

Accessed from the entrance hall, the cloakroom consists of a white low-level W.C. and a pedestal wash hand basin with tiled splashbacks. An extractor fan is provided.

A fabulously light and generously sized reception room with a window to the front aspect as well as a bay window to the side. Neutrally carpeted and decorated, this is a room all the family will want to spend time together in.

Kitchen Dining Room (7.7 x 6.4)

Open plan living is found here, which would make an ideal entertaining space with the option of spilling out onto the patio from the French doors. A further window overlooks the front and space is provided for a large dining table and chairs.

Integrated appliances include a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, separate beer fridge, a double oven and five-ring gas hob with extractor hood over and stainless-steel splashback. Beneath the window, overlooking the rear garden, is the 1.5 bowl stainless steel single drainer sink unit. In addition, the under-stairs pantry has been fitted with shelving, cupboards and a wine-rack.
